HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF?
FIND THE RIGHT SIZE
If you like wearing tighter clothes, we recommend choosing your size according to the measurement chart. If you prefer wearing clothes with looser silhouettes, we recommend choosing a size larger according to the measurement chart.
Remember to review the measurements and sizes of the model to use it as a reference.
FOR TIGHT-FITTING GARMENTS
The fit of this garment is tight; we recommend choosing your size according to the measurement chart.
FOR OVERSIZED GARMENTS
The silhouette of this garment is wide. In this case, even if you like wearing looser clothes, we recommend choosing your size according to the measurement chart, as the garment is slightly larger than normal silhouettes.
How to measure yourself?
MALE SILHOUETTE
CHEST: Surround your chest with a tape measure at the fullest part.
WAIST: Surround the narrowest part of your waist with a tape measure.
LOW WAIST: You should feel where your hip bones start and at that height surround your body with the tape measure.
HIP: Surround the fullest part of your hip with a tape measure.
FEMALE SILHOUETTE
BUST: Surround your bust with a tape measure at the fullest part.
UNDERBUST: Position the tape measure, encircling your body, just below your bust.
WAIST: Surround the narrowest part of your waist with a tape measure.
LOW WAIST: Surround the fullest part of your hip with a tape measure.
NOTE: DO NOT TIGHTEN THE TAPE MEASURE TOO MUCH AGAINST YOUR BODY, NOR LEAVE TOO MUCH SPACE.
What are the service channels available for warranty claims?

What is the warranty period for a garment?
The warranty period for garments sold by Inpurus corresponds to 30 calendar days.
When does the warranty period start to run?
If the garment was purchased in the online store or via WhatsApp, the warranty term will begin to run from the date of delivery of the product to the address informed by the consumer at the time of purchase.
Once I file a warranty claim, how long will they take to respond to me?
After the warranty claim has been filed through any of the available service channels, Inpurus may take up to fifteen (15) business days, counting from the business day following the filing of the claim, to respond to the claim.
What can I do if I received a wrong product?
In the event that you have purchased a product through the online store or via WhatsApp (+57)301 292 0989 and we have mistakenly sent you a product different from the one purchased, we will recognize the exchange of the item. Inpurus will schedule the transport company to pick up the wrong product and then we will send you the product you initially requested.
