To exercise the right to exchange, the products must meet the following requirements:

• Have all the labels.
• Don’t find yourself dirty.
• Have no traces of use of deodorants or makeup with chemicals that discolor or deteriorate fabrics.
• Have no traces of chemicals or bleach.
• Not faded.
• The garment should not have been altered or modified by the consumer.
• The last of the garment must be perfect.
• The print, applique or embroidery must not have inconsistencies due to washing, ironing or adulteration.
• Be in the same conditions in which it was acquired.
• You must keep the original label. We suggest that you try on the garments before using them.
• The purchase had to be made in the online store www.inpurus.com or through WhatsApp on the line (+57)301 292 0989.
• Intimate clothing such as lingerie, bralette, bodysuits, tops have no change.
• Items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
• Under no circumstances will money be returned for garment exchange.

RESTO DEL PAIS: 7 días hábiles
Se entiende por días hábiles de lunes a viernes, se exceptúan sábados, domingos y festivos.
El plazo de entrega comenzara a partir de la confirmación del pago por INPURUS, el cual se puede tardar hasta un día hábil.
