This website exists to bring our furniture, decoration, and space customization products closer to you, so that we can expand our brand to locations remote from our physical location. If you meet all the requirements outlined above, you may access the purchase of the products listed on this website. By purchasing an item, you agree that: One; you have read the title, description, price, and other characteristics of the item to be purchased before acquiring it. Two; you are entering into a purchase contract when acquiring one or more of our items. Three; you accept the price of the items purchased through this website. Four; you are aware of the payment method you will use to acquire our products, and we are not responsible for errors or failures of the third-party money collector.
As a complement, it is necessary to state here that we reserve the right to change the price and offers of the items according to our organizational parameters (production, logistics, etc.) at any time, and this may happen inadvertently.
WARRANTIES (REPAIRS, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS)
Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with the purchase you make. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can exchange it within 8 days after the purchase, counted from the date you acquired your product.
To exercise the right to exchange, the products must meet the following requirements:
The garment has not been used.
It has all the tags.
It is not dirty.
It does not have traces of chemical deodorants or makeup that discolor or damage the fabrics.
It does not have traces of chemicals or bleach.
It does not present fading.
The garment has not been altered or modified by the consumer.
The garment’s fit must be perfect.
The print, appliques, or embroidery must not have inconsistencies due to washing, ironing, or adulteration.
It is in the same conditions as when it was purchased.
It must retain the original label. We suggest trying on the garments before using them.
The purchase must have been made in the online store www.inpurus.com or through WhatsApp at the number (301)292 0989.
Intimate clothing such as lingerie, bralette, bodysuits, and tops cannot be exchanged.
Items that are part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
Under no circumstances will money be refunded for the exchange of a garment.
Items on promotion cannot be exchanged.
Warranty terms: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns of intimate garments such as lingerie, bralette, bodysuits, and tops; except when factory defects have been identified and with a previous analysis of the case, for which you must contact INPURUS to analyze the case. Packages with payment on delivery are not accepted; the customer must pay for the shipping and return for exchange if accepted.
Note: Remember that we do not refund money for garment exchanges.
Warranty for manufacturing defects:
Our goal is to ensure that you receive a quality, suitable, and safe product.
As long as you have followed the instructions for use, care, or washing of the garment, as well as using it properly, and it presents warranty problems (quality, suitability, or safety), we will apply this Warranty policy. We will respond to the warranty up to 8 days after the purchase.
Requirements for warranty:
Once you file the warranty claim with INPURUS through any of the channels enabled for this purpose, INPURUS will review your case and analyze the garment with the aim of determining whether or not there is a warranty-related cause.
In the event that INPURUS finds a defect or problem in the garment, for which it must assume the warranty, it will consider the possibility of repairing it. If it is not possible to repair the garment, it may provide a new product of the same reference or refund the consumer the amount paid for the garment (along with the transportation costs incurred by the consumer if applicable).
If your warranty request is not accepted after being evaluated by our technical department due to non-compliance with the conditions indicated above, we will contact you within 15 business days from the date of your claim to coordinate the return with a freight to be paid by you at the time the carrier delivers the garment.
Recommendations before claiming the warranty:
Before proceeding with a warranty claim, we inform you of the most common cases for which we exempt ourselves (do not attend) from a warranty, that is, the reasons why we do not recognize a warranty:
A warranty claim is made after 8 calendar days have passed from the product delivery.
Not following the washing and care instructions of the garment.
Use of chemicals or bleach in washing.
Fading due to direct sun drying.
The garment was altered or modified by the customer, causing damage to its fit.
Normal wear and tear of the garment.
Improper use of the good by the consumer.
The consumer did not follow the instructions for use or maintenance indicated in the product manual or label.
SHIPPING
The cost of shipping will be covered by the customer and will be calculated depending on the city; this will be informed to you and added to the total purchase value.
The logistics partner of INPURUS for shipping and delivery of orders is INTERRAPIDISIMO.
DELIVERY TIME
10 to 15 business days
Business days are understood from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
The delivery period will start from the confirmation of payment by INPURUS, which may take up to one business day.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT
The Service and all materials included or transferred, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music, and all Intellectual Property Rights related to them, are the exclusive property of INPURUS.

ON INDEMNITIES
